3 Benefits of COLD IMMERSION: Part 1

Here are THREE (3) benefits to COLD WATER IMMERSION:

Stimulates your vagus nerve which can help you feel more relaxed

Leads to mental balance and good sleep

A neurotransmitter for mood which gives you joy
Since our relocation to Florida, I (Stephanie here) have been cold water immersing 2x a day, morning and night, for a minimum of five (5) minutes each time. It is addicting to say the least, and the three (3) benefits listed above are just a few of the MANY benefits!
As I have been known to say in the past, this is your SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP moment, (and we have a hat for that!) it is only for five (5) minutes ... you CAN DO IT!
Like anything in life, you have to focus on the benefits more than the temporary discomfort (key word, "temporary") to get the INCREDIBLE results of this process.
